Our building staffs have designed over one thousand decks in the Denver area – each one unique in its own way. In 1992, the decision was made to expand the services provided by Colorado Deck and Landscaping,to incorporate decks, brick and stone patios, walls and steps, and complete landscape design-build services.

History Emphasis

We were started in 1984 by Robert D. Jones with the goal of allowing all homeowners the opportunity to have a custom designed, one-of-a-kind deck designed and built for them at very competitive prices. Bob’s success is now part of history.

The Experts

Joe Apice, previously with Colorado Deck and Landscape, ventured to start his own deck and landscape business but felt drawn back to Colorado for family. Rejoining the team, he excelled in sales and, in 2011, partnered with Chris and Allan to purchase the company. Today, as President, Joe leads Colorado Deck and Landscape while continuing to contribute to sales.

In April 2000, Allan Belmore joined as a carpenter’s helper, swiftly advancing to crew leader after two years. With a decade of field experience mastering deck construction and landscape installation, he shifted to sales. In 2011, Allan partnered with Joe and Chris to acquire Colorado Deck and Landscape. Now serving as Director of Sales.

Trevor Hall, with 17 years of experience, crafts stunning outdoor spaces, specializing in composite decking, framing, and hardscaping. He seamlessly handles permits and inspections, ensuring a smooth process. Passionate about Colorado’s outdoors, Trevor helps clients connect with nature sustainably.
