Colorado Deck and Landscaping was started in 1984 by Robert D. Jones with the goal of allowing all homeowners the opportunity to have a custom designed, one-of-a-kind deck designed and built for them at very competitive prices. Bob’s success is now part of history. Long time employees Joe Apice, Allan Belmore, and Chris Bailey purchased Colorado Deck and Landscape in 2011. Nothing has changed under the new management. We are still committed to installing quality decks and landscapes in and around Denver.
Colorado Deck and Landscaping has designed and/or installed over one thousand decks in the Denver area – each one unique in its own way. In 1992 the decision was made to expand the services provided by Colorado Deck and Landscaping, Inc. to incorporate decks, brick and stone patios, walls and steps, and complete landscape design-build services. Since that time, we have won numerous awards through Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado for our unique designs and quality craftsmanship.

Staff
Joe Apice
Joe Apice had worked for Colorado Deck and Landscape years ago and left to start his own company, installing decks and doing landscape projects. He felt a yearning to be with family and went to the D.C. area to fill the desire. He soon realized that D.C. was not Colorado and decided to return here.
Having always maintained contact with Joe, we quickly asked him to come back to Colorado Deck and Landscape. After many years doing sales for the company, Joe partnered with Chris and Allan to purchase the company in 2011. Currently Joe is the president of Colorado Deck and Landscape, and helps with sales.
Allan Belmore
In April of 2000 Allan Belmore was hired as a carpenter’s helper. After two years he moved into a crew leader position. Allan quickly mastered the details involved with building decks and landscape installation. After ten years in field, Allan transitioned to sales. In 2011 he teamed up with Joe and Chris to purchase Colorado Deck and Landscape. Allan is currently Director of Sales.
Chris Bailey
In April of 1998 Chris Bailey joined our team as a carpenter. Chris quickly rose to crew leader. Eleven years later he became our project manager. His attention to detail and quality craftsmanship set a new standard for all our employees. In addition to his field responsibilities Chris maintains all our trucks trailers and equipment. In 2011 Chris purchased Colorado Deck and Landscape with Joe and Allan. Chris is now Field Superintendent, overseeing all installations.
